How do I purchase a piece from Bad Rock?

I release small batches of jewelry once a month. I release information on what day and time I will be updating my website via instagram, facebook, and a brief email reminder! 

If you are in the market for a Bad Rock piece, please look for me on these social media platforms (set your notifications!) OR look for an email from Bad Rock Metalworks. 

Payment

I accept most major credit cards. 

When will I receive my package?

I ship promptly within 3 business days through USPS Ground Advantage. Please remember during the holidays our mail service slows down a bit, so plan ahead! I will send you the tracking number for your package via e-mail. Please look for this e-mail.

Do you do refunds?

Yes! My hope is that you love your piece from Bad Rock. If you would like to return it for whatever reason, please contact me within 1 week of purchasing and I will refund you. You will pay for shipping your piece back to me. Please see Refund Policy at the bottom of my website for more details. 

Can I get a custom piece? 

I do a limited number of customs each year. If you would like a custom just shoot me an email and I will let you know my timeline for a custom piece. It may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the season. Best to plan ahead here. 

Wedding Parties: Looking for a set of bolos or earrings for your wedding party? I do a limited number of wedding parties each year and would love to work with you! These pieces take a while to design and get the perfect stones for, so please inquire at least 6 months ahead of your wedding!
